Q. How do I know when my order arrives?
A. When you order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you have not received it, please check your email’s junk folder.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Orders should be processed within two days or less. During business times of the year, order processing might take a little longer. Regular orders are sent by USPS priority mail and should be received within 5 to 7 business days. If you have not received your order within that time, please use your postal tracking number to see the package status from the package carrier. If that has not solved your issue, send us an email at: fourfivefunk@gmail.com with your name, order number, and tracking number.
Q. How much is the shipping price?
A. At this time, shipping is free.
Q. Do you offer express shipping?
A. No. We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time.
Q. What if my shipment is damaged or lost or stolen?
A. Check the status of your package by using your tracking number, if your package appears to be lost. Send us an email at: fourfivefunk@gmail.com with your name, order number, and tracking number.
Q. Can I return items or exchange them?
A. Yes. Contact us at Customer Service within 3 days of receiving your shipment at: fourfivefunk@gmail.com. We will then email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and (RMA) Form. We must receive your completed (RMA) Form and returned items within 7 days of us sending your RMA number and Form. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, and with all original tags intact. Please send us your return shipment tracking number so you have proof that we received your returned item(s).
Q. Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes after an order has been processed and shipped. If we can locate the item before shipping takes place, we may be able to adjust or cancel your order.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. No, we do not offer International shipping at this time. We ship within the 48 Continental United States. At a later date, this may change.
Q. What forms of payment you accept?
A. We accept major Credit/ Debit Cards.
Q. Do you ship to Military bases?
A. No, we ship to military bases at this time.
